Who wants to be a President?

In the current global shift of economics and leadership. I think it is imperative that the next president shall have six (6) qualifications. 1. Has proven to be an effective economic manager. 2. Is not driven out of childish dreams or unconscious impulsiveness. 3. Has a clean slate in terms of family related issues 4. Has character and wisdom to face the international community. 5. Who is psychologically healthy. and Lastly, 6. Can capture the hearts of the military.

The Philippines truly the pearl of the orient and the miniature heaven on earth; with mix of imperialistic up-bringing due to colonizations and peculiar occupations in the past century of dark racist adventurism. In short it is that certain Marcos prototype of brilliance with charms that shapes history, nevertheless at the end of the day, the victor is the one with the purest intention with the green light from heaven, regardless of religion or faith system.

I believe that the resiliency of the Philippine economy is not only mystical but very inspiring to our neighbouring Asian countries, and I believe we shall not rely on luck and street-smart techniques to fight the global crises in the next five to ten years; we shall choose a President who knows how to run the economy to further change the face of poverty and global perception of Filipino individuality. As my grand-father said the basics of life shall be managed well and the rest will follow according to what is ultimately true and life-sustaining.

Analysis for the 2010 Presidential bets.

Mar Roxas - Must secure a wedding date. (follow your heart)
Binay - Running for senate is more feasible and humble.
Kiko. Pangilinan - Justice Secretary or Speaker of Congress
Manny Villar - DPWH Secretary
Loren Legarda - Environment
Ping Lacson - Defense Secretary
Noli De Castro - NBN President or Ambassador to UN
Meriam Defensor - Comelec Commisioner or Foreign Secretary
Bayani Fernando - Vice-President, Senate or Interior Secretary
Francis Escudero - Vice-President or Associate Justice
Richard Gordon - Tourism Secretary or Ambassador to China

This analysis is a Utopia Dream government after 2010 with or without con-ass or con-con. I hope humility and propriety will shine more than simply pre-occupying one-self or plain boring ambition. I am Praying that God will watch over this coming election. Good Luck and Happy Fiesta to all Voters.

Evolution of the Heart

Seeing the film Passion of Christ by Mel Gibson, confirmed my theory that during the time of Jesus, it is his heart and profound wisdom that has captured most of his followers. He is indeed the son of God.

God the creator with his unquestionable prerogative to change time and matter cannot even communicate directly to his creations -humans- he gives humanity certain personalities that can create story and lead his people to promise land. -Moses story- but where is the promise land? Is it attainable? Is it even real? The old and new testament has been interpreted by scholars of the church. And it seem that the puzzle is still unanswered.

For me the real promise land is "within", regardless of race, economic status, even belief system. It is the ability to accept Christ unconditionally and by living his heart by profound humility and love. It is when one surrenders to the demands of the temporal world that one becomes susceptible to the state of grace.

I believe that with all the problems of the world in regards with Peace, Justice & Prudence God is still here with us watching over our affairs allowing us to prevail with his promise of freedom. And it is when humanity plays God and decide for the freedom of others that we fail to attain the real promise land within.

I am praying for world leaders that God may enlighten them with profound wisdom, humility, and love that they may make decision with the purest intention to safeguard the freedom of their people and of others.

We may be divided by semiotics and past history, we may be different in points of view and perceptions of reality, all considered; it is still the unquantifiable function of the heart that can change the history of mankind, if only we accept the fact that God is not somewhere else but within us all.

Hoping for a Great Easter to all :-)
