The four levels of Love

I pray that these decade of love will be an age of the wise bankers and humble intellectuals; that those whom surround our up-coming great leaders will be enlightened to pursue the true meaning of hope by means of great service to the poor and to the poor in spirit. Let us not forget the real essence of being a filipino which is truly asian by heart and western by thought. God is with those who humble themselves without hurting. I might be too young to suggest these pretentious remarks hence, I too need to be humbled. I only have one wish that my whole family be spared from any harm that I might caused. :-)

The Dignity of Economic Democracy

The dignity of economic democracy is not something that one state can celebrate especially a out-going government for the people that deserves the economic and social democracy are the ones shouldering the burden of expensive loans. I'm pro respect and love but sometimes when people bug dignified working bees -just like me- things get a little wilder like a bunch of zoo animals released. I sometimes become redundant that it seem to affect the peace process, but I can't help it. Love is in the air. I might be mis-judged as a socialist king. I hope they get me wrong. We will have a great night for God is with us. :-)

Envy of Civilizations

Envy of Civilizations

Love has many faces; it can be faithful and promiscuous jealous unforgiving yet very unconditional. I suppose it is not basically free for all. I know I sound like a smooth operator, but also can it be socially responsible to the point of darkness. Tonight our village got blackout without reason or warning from the power distributor.

It simply reflects how unforgiving capitalist can be especially when they have invested so much on something just to realize at the end that they’ve bought a very intangible product.

Since when did love become so expensive that civilizations envy its luster? Since when did love become so dark that we need enlightenment by the grace of God to fulfill its real entity? Love is something real yet unattainable; love can never be free unless the fighting of civilization ends.

uneducated love

My dad agrees with me that love is something not for free hence, it is uncivilized yet jealous. I a year ago with my east german mentor volker langkoff the film "bitter moon" by polanski and it touched me to justify love as so unconditional yet expensive. The real envy of today's civilizations is how their citizens pay the right taxes and be part in population boom. :-)

Bohol Tropics Resort Incident

Letter of Serious Disappointment

March 30, 2010

1:38 AM

General Manager

Bohol Tropics Resort

As my roommates and I were in deep rest on March 30, 2010, around 11-12 Mid-night, a doorbell was eminently buzzing our room (445); I woke up surprised and agitated that my sleep was cut short. As I opened the door the bellboy with pillows and blankets, immediately said: “Sir room 442 called the front desk and ordered us for extra bed & pillows.” I replied: “Really?” so I checked 442 to see and ask who ordered the extra bed and pillows, as I opened room 442 everybody including my “special sister with cerebral palsy” are in deep sleep. So I returned to the bellboy to ask: “Was it my parents who called front desk and ordered?” the bellboy replied: “Actually, Sir it was our security guard who told the front desk that your group has exceeded the allowed guests in each room, which we prohibit.” So I replied: talaga? With his very well structured lying, my agitation arose. I replied again saying: “How sad and very disappointing that a “claiming first class” resort will commit to such ill-mannered approach to paying guests sleeping in the middle of the night. He replied: “Sir I’ll ask the front desk again.” Trying to relax again, I remembered that room 443 has 6-8 guests in ‘one’ sardine can like room. But why are they not being apprehended in the middle of the night? Passing by room 443 every morning, I see how many swimwear and clothes were hanged on the front veranda -not only adult clothes but kids too. With the thought I had in mind I went out of the room, and there it was my Dad outside “disturbed”. I asked him: “Did you order the extra stuff?” He answered: “No”

I admit we have exceeded the allowed guest, which is why my parents took 3 rooms (442, 444, & 445.) We checked-in at the resort 11 in headcount on March 29 hoping for a blissful vacation for the 2nd time but Apparently, our group has committed such a heinous crime against the supposed profitability of the resort, thus your ill-mannered front desk staff and security people thought mindlessly to treat us in outmost discomfort and disrespect. Discounting the fact that we have a disabled sister with cerebral palsy and a mother who is not feeling well. This experience differed me from my sweet impression of Bohol people.

In fact, it is commendable that Bohol Tropics Resort has staffs like the front desk clerk and the security guard that seriously do their job by simply overrate its implementation of resort policy to the point of harsh indiscretions, in spite of its claim to be Bohol’s fine resort.

This incident without doubt created a ceaseless impression of its management and owners. Consequently, it will help me & my family recommend “better & qualified” resorts rather than Bohol Tropics to our many friends.

I hope that this letter wouldn’t be appreciated as a ripple of ill intention on our part. Thus, introspection attracts questions of doubt as to the refinement of the resort and the hypocrisy of its claim to be one of the best in Tagbilaran, Bohol.

“Quality service is most felt by the customers, when there is extra sense of propriety and love.”

Who wants to be a President?

In the current global shift of economics and leadership. I think it is imperative that the next president shall have six (6) qualifications. 1. Has proven to be an effective economic manager. 2. Is not driven out of childish dreams or unconscious impulsiveness. 3. Has a clean slate in terms of family related issues 4. Has character and wisdom to face the international community. 5. Who is psychologically healthy. and Lastly, 6. Can capture the hearts of the military.

The Philippines truly the pearl of the orient and the miniature heaven on earth; with mix of imperialistic up-bringing due to colonizations and peculiar occupations in the past century of dark racist adventurism. In short it is that certain Marcos prototype of brilliance with charms that shapes history, nevertheless at the end of the day, the victor is the one with the purest intention with the green light from heaven, regardless of religion or faith system.

I believe that the resiliency of the Philippine economy is not only mystical but very inspiring to our neighbouring Asian countries, and I believe we shall not rely on luck and street-smart techniques to fight the global crises in the next five to ten years; we shall choose a President who knows how to run the economy to further change the face of poverty and global perception of Filipino individuality. As my grand-father said the basics of life shall be managed well and the rest will follow according to what is ultimately true and life-sustaining.

Analysis for the 2010 Presidential bets.

Mar Roxas - Must secure a wedding date. (follow your heart)
Binay - Running for senate is more feasible and humble.
Kiko. Pangilinan - Justice Secretary or Speaker of Congress
Manny Villar - DPWH Secretary
Loren Legarda - Environment
Ping Lacson - Defense Secretary
Noli De Castro - NBN President or Ambassador to UN
Meriam Defensor - Comelec Commisioner or Foreign Secretary
Bayani Fernando - Vice-President, Senate or Interior Secretary
Francis Escudero - Vice-President or Associate Justice
Richard Gordon - Tourism Secretary or Ambassador to China

This analysis is a Utopia Dream government after 2010 with or without con-ass or con-con. I hope humility and propriety will shine more than simply pre-occupying one-self or plain boring ambition. I am Praying that God will watch over this coming election. Good Luck and Happy Fiesta to all Voters.

Evolution of the Heart

Seeing the film Passion of Christ by Mel Gibson, confirmed my theory that during the time of Jesus, it is his heart and profound wisdom that has captured most of his followers. He is indeed the son of God.

God the creator with his unquestionable prerogative to change time and matter cannot even communicate directly to his creations -humans- he gives humanity certain personalities that can create story and lead his people to promise land. -Moses story- but where is the promise land? Is it attainable? Is it even real? The old and new testament has been interpreted by scholars of the church. And it seem that the puzzle is still unanswered.

For me the real promise land is "within", regardless of race, economic status, even belief system. It is the ability to accept Christ unconditionally and by living his heart by profound humility and love. It is when one surrenders to the demands of the temporal world that one becomes susceptible to the state of grace.

I believe that with all the problems of the world in regards with Peace, Justice & Prudence God is still here with us watching over our affairs allowing us to prevail with his promise of freedom. And it is when humanity plays God and decide for the freedom of others that we fail to attain the real promise land within.

I am praying for world leaders that God may enlighten them with profound wisdom, humility, and love that they may make decision with the purest intention to safeguard the freedom of their people and of others.

We may be divided by semiotics and past history, we may be different in points of view and perceptions of reality, all considered; it is still the unquantifiable function of the heart that can change the history of mankind, if only we accept the fact that God is not somewhere else but within us all.

Hoping for a Great Easter to all :-)
